The Insulated 40’HC container is a former refrigerated container with non-working or dismantled motor. Its excellent thermal properties make it ideal for year-round use without condensation issues. The insulated container does not require electricity, it maintains the initial temperature and protects the interior from exterior conditions. With an installed AC unit, it can provide cooler air, down to 60 degrees.

Non-Working Refrigerated Container

Constructed with aluminum exterior paneling and high-density lightweight polyurethane foam wall construction, along with stainless steel interior walls and ceilings, this container is designed for durability. The aluminum T-rail flooring facilitates easy cleaning and ensures that water does not accumulate on the floor; instead, it drains out through water outlets adjacent to the doors and corners.

This 40-foot-long container is a high cube, meaning its exterior measures 9’6″ tall (compared to standard height, 8’6″), and has a pair of cargo swing doors on one end.

The ex-reefer is equipped with a minimum of R30 grade insulation, providing superior thermal efficiency and further enhancing its suitability for a variety of applications.
